Hi
I'm new to plotters, so bear with me.
a user who had been using the plotter for a long time, has now reported that the plotter is doing some odd things.
- it will only print off 1 copy of A1 or A0
- when the settings are set to print as A1, A0 etc, when she goes to print, it only prints on A4.
She is using DWG images,
Any advice on what i need to check with the user?
Thanks
Damien

sorry
should have got back to you sooner,
i updated the firmware and added the V4 driver , and then set the defaults to Roll, A0 etc.
and that seems to have fixed the issue.
we were using a driver that was at least 2 years old.
Thanks!
