HP Desinjet Plus 4130

Good morning,

 

I have been using the pinter HP Desinjet Plus 4130 for more than one month with some connectivity issues but working. Yesterday it stopped printing from my laptop (scanner works, and I can print from another laptop and from my mobile). When printing it gave an error printing and did not print anything.

 

I uninstalled the printer and then I have not been able to install it again.

 

When I use HP Smart sometimes it asks me to provide a password (I have not set up any password, and this is not requested in the other laptop or the mobile). As I do not have this I have to cancel and then it appears as recognised but not installed and it sends me to printer and devices where sometimes I can complete the installation (but saying that the driver is unavailable) or simply it does not install it.

 

Using HP Doctor, I get to the step of installing the cartridge and then it does not let me to continue (I have tried removing them and putting them back in), so I have to close and just after that it says installation complete. Despite of saying that the installation complete it appears as a virtual console in printers and does not let me set it up as default. Also when printing from PDF, word or any other app it does not appear as one of the printers.

 

I have tried everything I have found online including the troubleshooting information, HP Doctor, etc and nothing is working. I understand it is a problem with my computer but do not know what else to try. Any idea?
