Scanner DesignJet SD PRO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP DesignJet SD Pro scanner that came with the HP DesignJet T1700 plotter; this scanner uses an Advantech all-in-one monitor (model CTX-7151W-HP2E). The Windows 10 operating system on the monitor became corrupted, and the recovery partition was lost as well. I want to create an image from an identical monitor, but the BIOS asks for a password. I also tried opening the monitor, but the screw head stripped. Could you please provide the BIOS password? The units are out of warranty.

I am the technical support person for the company. I checked the HP website, but they do not provide the full monitor image—only image updates that are applied via the scanner application itself. This scanner came bundled with the HP DesignJet T1700 plotter.

Thank you.
