Hi Everybody,

 

When I try print and load the paper roll, The printer starts printing a little bit then roller spins quickly on reverse and tries to unload the paper roll. then the error message on the display shows unload the paper roll manually.

I appreciate all your helps.

To clarify, does it start printing or are you just trying to load the paper and failing? 2 components that can affect this are the oops sensor and the line sensor. The oops sensor is a flag in the paper path on the left side of the carriage. if you remove the single sheet feeder you should be able to see it. The line sensor is located on the print carriage itself and sometimes get dirty from excess ink or paper dust.

Thank you for your response. Actually it starts printing a couple of lines then starts rewinding fast and messes up the printing process. Then the message comes that You need to unload the roll paper manually.
