I've tried to load 24" x 300' rolls and the plotter does not load it.

What's the maximum length of rolls for this model?

100' ?

150' ?

HP Recommended

The largest roll of HP brand paper listed in the specs as supported is a 150' so that is likely the max handling with standard media types.

That solves the problem, I'll order 150' ones and return the 300' (3 of them) I bought.
