Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

5a0fb927c1f0bee957df6b6332e03a1679d224e713da8b66The driver disappeared after the update, I decided to reinstall the driver and now it gives such an error, if I click ok, then the installation hangs on this window . Everything works on the other 2 computers, the connection to the device is network

HP Recommended

There is no more problem. The problem was with the drivers, with  the driver version 3.3.7.1550 all is OK and the size changed in a week (more then 1 GB), but not changed driver release date (March 15) - strange.
