DesignJet T210 24-in Printer

I am in the throes of installing a DesignJet T210 printer on a MacBook Pro running MacOS 12.6, and I cannot get an ARCH C (24”x18”) size page to print so that the 24” side of the print runs along the 24” side of the roll. I’ve printed from different files and different pieces of software/file types (Adobe PDF, Vectorworks .VWX). I’ve tried resizing, changing margin widths, selecting landscape in every place I can find, and uninstalling/reinstalling printer software (although I may not be doing the uninstall/reinstall in the right order). I’ve found similar questions on this forum, but no solutions. I’m hoping someone can help or has a slick step-by-step solution that an idiot could follow. Thanks in advance for your help!
