Product: HP DesignJet T210 24-in Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Brand new printer, set up, paper is loaded the right way!

Try to print blueprint off my computer or even the sample print from printer itself on 24" paper roll, it will start and print about the first  2" then quit and give a message saying, "the roll cannot be automatically unloaded. Rewind the roll manually and then try again.

Have tried this numerous times. Re-started and re-fed paper roll and still get same message!

Any help would be appreciated !
