DesignJet T3500

I was scanning a large 66 page project on an HP Designjet T3500 and towards the end of the project the paper jammed and it cancelled the scan. I can see and preview the portion of the scan before the paper jam (56 images that are stored in the machine somewhere) from the display screen on the scanner and scroll through the various pages, however it won’t let me recover or save it anywhere. (I have tried selecting the job on the machines touchscreen and tried saving it to the network and to usb with no success).

Is there any way to recover this (maybe by somehow accessing the files on the scanner itself)?  Since the file didn't complete, I am only able to view the tmp file in the folder (that has 0 data) where our office stores scanned items.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi @L-Smith

Unfortunately there is no way to recover the job, you have to start it again.

I am an HP employee
