HI! We have one HP DesignJet T525 36-in printer. The problem is:

After replacing the black cartridge, the printer threw an error:

' Printer failed. There is a problem with the Printer or Ink System. Turn the printer off, then on. If the problem persists, contact HP.'
Then, via the web page, the printer shows as if there is no black cartridge.( cartridge was  new).

I managed to get the printer ready by removing the cartridges, removing the printer head, putting everything back in place, resetting the printer, turning it on/off and from the power supply - sometimes several times (HP instructions), and the printer continues to work normally ,
but only until tomorrow morning, when the problem occurs again. As soon as someone starts the press, an error appears.

It is the same behavior with brand new black cartridges and already inserted ones.

This situation repeats daily.

Is replacing printhead the best solution?

Thanks.

Yes..I`m afraid it sounds like you will have to replace the printhead
