Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

 

I just purchased a DesignJet T630  36' printer. 

I cannot get it to print a 36x24 blueprint from Adobe. (  36 widths, 24 height). I tried setting up printer preferences to these measurements, but it won't work. How can I get it to print this size?
