Product: HP DesignJet T630 24-in Printer

The front display window does not perform very well. It randomly shows me a screen, and won't change, no matter what input I give it. For example, at the moment it says "Roll - Paper Type" in a green band across the top. Under that, it says "Plain Paper" with a dark green circle in front of it, meaning it has selected Plain Paper, which is fine with me, except I'm using blank canvas, for printing images.  Below the 'plain paper', there are two choices. Lower left, in a pale black box, it says 'More", lower right, it says "Continue". No matter which one I choose, the window will not change. About 20 minutes ago, I chose "More", but nothing has happened since. Is there anything I can do with this printer without that window working?
