Product: DesignJet T630
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
We have a new DesignJet T630 ploter, which don’t want to print custom formats. I tried to plot a drawing 1500/50 mm (Acrobat file made in AutoCAD), the paper is 24"roll. When i open the printing preferences in Acrobat, everything seems normal - a small picture of a drawing seems complete but the printing output is just the central part of the drawing (it seems that it somehow chooses a part which fits in the standard format A1 that is the most similar). In preferences i can’t find that i forgot to set up something. The same problem is when i plot directly from AutoCAD, Printing a drawing which is A1 or A2 format is without problems
Any suggestions ?
