Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am experiencing a blue screen error on my DesignJet T730, accompanied by a code "B8B9ED97" and a Power Icon.
What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Thanks 😄

This is referred to as an assert error and the recommended fix is to perform an OOBE reset on the machine.

Yes, this worked once I managed to get to the support menu (which took several attempts!).

Hold down the power button for 15-20 secs and eventually it will boot into a crude looking interface. Select Next several times until you see the RESET option and select OOBE reset. This will reset everything (wifi etc.) and then boot to start calibration etc. Once completed all is working well again.

Thanks for your help 🙂
