Product: DesignJet T795

I have a DesignJet T795 and I have an error replace g-pk print head.  I am doing my research but unsure of what printhead to buy to clear this error code.  Any help would be appreciated.

G-PK stands for grey-photo black p/n for printhead is C9380A
