HP DesignJet T795 44-in Printer

We use the printer DesignJet T795 in our desing office and when you normally turn it on in the morning, it is working perfectly fine. When you are not using it, after 240 minutes (maximum possible time setting) then it goes into stand-by mode which is also normal. And after that the screen just won't turn on anymore from stand-by, but the printer can actually print normally it is just you can't see any info on the screen. And if there is any issue regarding the paper status, ink problems or anything else you just can't see it. Only solution is to force a reset by switching off power.

We tried to update the firmaware and it is up to date, but this issue is not resolved. We also called local support office and the tehnician was here couple of times but didn't find a solution for the problem.

Does somebody have the same problem or may have solution for this issue?
