Microsoft Windows 11

We've got a DesignJet T830 (model number F9A30A) that has consistent gaps in the black ink.

We were using a refilled cartridge for a few months, and we would only print a few times per month, but it was fine. We didn't print for a few weeks and then we started having issues:

It started not printing black at all. I cleaned the printhead through the printer and then manually. There was a lot of black ink in the printhead. It started printing black, but was still missing a lot.

I replaced the ink cartridge with an HP cartridge. After running an alignment and several cleaning cycles, I've gotten to the point where it mostly works, but there will be a 1/2 gap every 1-1/2 or so. It's very consistent. You can see this in the quality report. It's worth noting that the gap is always in the same place on the quality report.

Any ideas of what I should try next are appreciated.

When the software cleaning and manual cleaning isn't helpful the new printhead is needed.
