We have a brand new T850MFP that is displaying a critical system error: Printer error occurred F0.01.01.02. After the restart, it still comes up with the same code.

This is a firmware error code and first step is to update to the current firmware revision. Download the firmware from support.hp.com and copy the .FUL files to a USB stick. Insert the stick in the port near the control panel and wait. If the printer does not respond, restart the printer with the stick installed and wait as it should pickup the available firmware before it boots to the error.

Thank you, the firmware version installed is 6.19.2.10-202312200051, which looks like the same firmware version listed on the support page so it should be the latest. I will try it though!

If you are not able to resolve it, as you state it is a new device you should engage the dealer you bought it from to help or open a warranty case with HP.
