Product: DesignJet T850 MFP

Hello,

 

We just setup a DesignJet T850 MFP (it updated itself to 6.19.2.10) and while network scan from a client works fine, we want to setup a workflow where we directly scan to a network folder.

 

What I have tried:

Setup network scan (also tested quick sets with the same error)

Scanned to a Server 2016 with domain account (credential test on the Web GUI shows success)

Scanned to a QNAP server (Domain users| local user | Guest user || enabled SMB1-3 or 2.1-3)

Scanned to a Windows 10  machine with a shared folder (even tried guest permissions set to R/W)

 

For each machine tried hostname name or IP address

 

But no matter what I do, the scan results in an error: (below a sample test I did to an SMB folder)

Is there any better log with more detail what exactly the issue is ?
