Designjet T920 : Reseat printhead issue.
Firmware updated to the latest.
Electronic diagnostic test passed.
ISS diagnostic test passed
Service station and Drop detector test passed.
I am not able to see the Carriage Test under diagnostic mode.

If you look at the tubes as they enter the carriage, are they all full of ink? If yes then look to a printhead failure You should also test the carriage to ensure that the carriage PCA is working.

The Tubes are filled with Ink.
Diagnostic test for Carriage PCA not available in the Diagnostic mode.
Electronic module test passed
Scan axis test passed
IDS test passed
Service station test passed.
Drop detector test passed
Firmware flashed to latest.
Still the unit is not detecting the printhead.
it is coming up with error "Printhead replacement incomplete,Restart it".
