I am working on a DesignJet T920 printer that was not used for several weeks. When we tried to use it, I had to reconnect it to the network. After reconnecting, it always prints as if it were using regular paper instead of printing the diagram to the whole width of the roll as it should. This only happens when sending the job from the computer to the printer. If you copy the job to a USB stick and plug it in, it prints normally. Also, when you open the print dialogue, only a few of the paper sizes are available, whereas you used to be able to choose from all of the different sizes.
The computer is an HP Laptop running Windows 11 Home. It has plenty of RAM, free drive space, etc.
Here's the things I have done.
Updated the firmware from the printer console
Downloaded and installed the latest drivers from the HP website using the HP Printer Driver APP
Used the DesignJet Utility to check all settings
Downloaded and installed the newest HP Print Preview (When trying to print, there still is no preview available)
Used the HP Print and Scan Doctor (It found nothing wrong except a couple of the cartridges were low)
Tried setting up the printer in HP Smart (It doesn't see the printer, even though the computer does)
I'm sort of at a loss as to where to go from here. The only thing I can think of is maybe trying to open the document in Adobe Reader instead of the web browser it opens in by default.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

My suggestion would be to try HP Click. As a driver-less print solution I have found it sometimes resolves issues around sizing automatically.
