HP DesignJet Z6200 60-in Photo Printer

I purchased a DesignJet Z6200 about a month ago and and have been slowly bringing it back to life for an ambitious personal art project I am doing for my daughter's upcoming star wars themed wedding! I knew I needed to do some servicing to it, to make it run and I was open to the challenge. I still am! I first replaced the Carriage Cable, which I knew needed replacing. That went it pretty straight forward. Once that was fixed, I turned it on to get to the next challenge and I immediately had a Broken Bag error 24:10. Turns out, not-surprisingly,  the seals on the Ink Supply Tubes system were old and faulty after being stored unused for 8+ years and there was a bunch of dry ink and air bubbles in  the supply lines. I replaced the entire ink line system last week and all ink cartridges and everything is brand new and  looking good with no leaks from the cartridges to the printheads (fingers crossed). The problem I am having is I cannot get out of the 24:10 error screen (see image below) to do a EEPROM reset , so I can move on to testing the printheads/etc... the instructions I found on line say to simultaneously press the power+cancel+down arrows at restart  but that seems to just shuts the system down and I end up in the same screen again once I restart. I tried a bunch of combinations and nothing worked.  Anyone out there know how to cancel out of this screen? Any help is appreciated!24;10_Broken_Bag.jpg
