I've got the error message 24:10, and was able to press down+cancel to look at the specifics. From there it looks like the LM cartridge was leaking. I replaced the cartridge and now need to get into the service menu to clear the code. I have tried every combination of (direction + ok + power) and (direction + cancel + power) but the plotter just turns off after around 5 seconds of holding the buttons. Anyone have a solution or know a way to get the machine back up?

Hi,

hold the Down and OK keys down and turn the printer on using the Power key. Wait until you hear one beep (usually after 5
seconds) before releasing all three keys. The printer accesses the Service utility menu when the progress bar reaches 29%.

Hello Chagro,

That error refers to a broken bag in an ink cartridge and/or bad tubes. You can press down and cancel to see which cartridges have a broken bag. Remove cartridge and shake for a few seconds to see if air tower is contaminated with ink. If one or more are contaminated then tube replacement with trailing cable is recommended.
