I've recently helped set up a HP Design Jet Z6610 60" printer and our graphics users haven't been able to print any files. They keep getting the error code 61:01. We've tried both drivers on from the HP website (PCL3 and PS3) neither of which correct this issue. I have confirmed the firmware on the printer to the most current version. I installed the HP Click client and am able to print PDFs from there but this not a complete solution because my company needs to print directly from certain applications such as PowerPoint, Adobe, etc. Another post very similar is found here (DesignJet Z6810 unable to print without HP Click - HP Support Community - 7262282) but the answer was not in the post itself, rather that HP will reach out to the user.
Can anyone help me with this?
