Hello, we've been experiencing issues with multiple DesignJetZ6dr 44-in printers. Printers are no longer able to print PDF's using "HP DesignJet and PageWide XL PDF Driver for Windows" drivers. Print jobs don't even seem to appear in the queue. Yet, we can seemingly send image files to the printer. Is this an issue that anyone else has experienced?

Did your driver switch for some reason like mine that you asked about in the other thread?

What does it show under the "Advanced" tab in the printer properties?

When I went to this tab, the driver was Universal Print Driver. Switched it back and things were working again.
You can find the Pagewide XL driver here if it is missing.
Of course, all of that is because we had to install the printer locally on everyone's computer in our department because our print server doesn't accept custom drivers. If you have a workflow software system, that's not really something I have experience with.
