The plotter does not initialize. Gives us system error code 0011-0001-0080, Trailing Data Cble Skew/Eye Diagram Failure. We've tried multiple power cycles with same results. When initializing it only gets up to about 30% then fails.
In addition - We need the MAC address. Can we get it wtih the serial number? Its SN is [edit]. Will appreciate any help anyone can provid. Plotter is still under waranty.

Please reconfirm that error code as the service manual does not contain any 0011-xxxx-xxxx errors

Thank you for the reply. Today we talked to the local Korea service center and they asked us to power off the plotter and connected to a different outlet and see if we got the same system error code. We did that, turned it on, and when "initialization" got to around 37% it failed and again gave us system error code 0011-0001-0080. We restarted it several times and it always cameup with the same errer code.
Do you know if it's possible to get the MAC address with its serial number? SN [personal info removed] is . The MAC is not on any visible label.
