HP Recommended

Do you happen to know which KB update it was? Started having the same issues with this plotter and trying to find a fix for it.

 

EDIT - I found another thread on Microsoft's website that referenced this issue and there were 2 KBs listed that were recommended to be uninstalled. I only saw KB 4557957 installed, which I uninstalled and then restarted the PC. Once it came back up, I did a test print with a PDF and the plotter is now printing again.
