I've changed the mechboard agaist a refurbished one - no difference: Error 68:01

I would have tried the carriage assembly main board before the print mech. That is what I recommended in my post above.

After changing a lot of parts - the reason was the new belt! I would say, I've got no original HP one, but a China-part. Unfortunately I can't prove it, but after changing the belt against one original, the error was gone.
