3 things to check

 

1. Print head alignment

2. Paper feed calibration

3. Print resolution, anything resolution under best can cause this issue.

Thanks for the advise,, did not seams to help, however I run the black cartridge alignment and the printout sheet has shown some void and skipped lines. I have ordered a new cartridge, will see what happens next, thanks again for the info..
