I can not flash the plotter HP designjet 510, the following message comes out

"In order to continue with upgrade, the printer <> must be shared"

PLease replace new printheads and try again. Before replace new printheads ensure intube is fillup and there mo bubles in the tube.

 

If problem remain same, please correctly set the new printheads and close the printheads latch.
