Good Evening,

I purchased a used plotter and am trying to reconfigure the I/O card. Can you reconfigure an I/O card? I have tried the setup according to HP's website and the previous configurations are still present.

Do you suggest I purchase a new I/O card?

Thanking you in advance for any assistance and/guidiance you can provide

There should be no need to replace the jet direct card unless the card you have is a JetDirect 615 series. This particular card was cursed both by failure prone design and a large number of fake clone cards that were sold. Set the card to DHCP and connect to your network.
