Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I am trying to upgrade the firmware on a Designjet 500-C7769B. I have download the firmware, and try to install it using USB cable, but it gave me the message "Note: Computer must have the Printer driver queue with USB port configured". Does someone can tell me what is the Printer driver queue ?

HP Recommended

Before upgrading firmware,unplug printer from computer, install latest drivers and printers software, then plug printer and finish upgrades if necessary, then follow firmware instructions...
