Designjet T1100
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Currently our office printer HP Designjet T1100 can't recognize prints sent from pdf programs over the network.  We receive the 'Wrong File Format' error.

Upon attempting to use a Windows 7 and Windows 10 computer, neither is able to access the IP address from various different web browsers.

Using a MAC 10.3 operating system however I am able to access the IP address.

Unfortunately the only downloadable link to the firmware update file is the one for the Windows 7 64 bit.

Does anyone know of any way to fix this so we can update the firmware and successfully print from PDF's?!?

Check the part regarding Cannot access the Embedded Web Server

When you use your MAC you have full access to all printers properties?
