Product: HP DesignJet T125 24-in Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
We have a three year old HP Designjet T125. I was able to print to it a few months ago, then it showed that it was "offline". I ended up uninstalling the driver, then reinstalling. It worked... but then started saying that my cartridges were out of ink (first yellow, then cyan). I replaced the yellow, but now it says that there is a printer failure. I restarted the printer (as it said), but have the same issue. I attempted to **bleep**, but the automated system keeps rejecting my calls after I enter the serial number. I need help asap
