Hi,

 

Been using a Designjet T130  for a couple of years and whilst it has its glitches on the whole it has been ok, th eother day it stopped working and flashed up a message saying

 

"there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP"

 

I have tried the turn on and off but its not fixed it, does anyone have any ideas what is wrong?

maybe turn off printer. remove all inks. then turn on printer, then when error prompt & insert ink 1 by 1 & see what happen.

to me, most likely ink system problem...
