I have a DesignJet T1600 that had a 0075-0004-0061 output vale motor electrical error.  I ran the diagnostic test on the valve motor and it failed.  I replaced the output valve motor and attempted to calibrate it.  It failed.  Upon rebooting I got a 0075-0004-0059.  The output valve motor encoder cannot be turned when powered off to manually adjust the valves up or down.  I removed the new motor and attempted to rotate the valves with the large white gear, but the shaft is locked in the down position.  The ramps motor allowed me to manually move the ramps into the hidden position and all look to be at the same height, but the valve shaft will not rotate. Has anyone had this issue?

Thanks!

I finally figured this one out.  I pulled the stacker assembly off and found one of the stacker pinches had gotten knocked out of place. Note to techs pulling the stacker: Make sure you have a long shaft T-15 when you go to take it off.  Two of the screws are in deep recesses. The manual does not warn you of this.
