HP T1600PS 36" showing error code 0001-0001-0095, replaced 2YB64-67021 , did not solve the issue. The problem occurred a few days after a brand new OEM printhead was installed.

Did you consult the service manual before you started changing parts? Did you perform the service diagnostic steps recommended in the manual? According to the manual the first part to replace is the Engine PCA not the DC-DC board.

What is the voltage reading when you run the 00102 Check Mechatronics service diagnostics?

Yes, reviewed the service manual and spoke to HP Tech Support. The manual does say to replace the DC/DC Power Supply PCA first as did HP Support. This is on page 125 of the service manual, see below:

3.Replace the DC/DC power supply PCA, if needed.

4.Replace the Engine PCA, if needed.

My concern is a possible power spike may have caused the issue, not sure though.
