Hello,
i’m trying to figure out if my newly purchased Designjet T250 plotter is compatible with the ‘Print Anywhere’ feature on the HP Smart app. When i am away from my office network, In all the platforms (web, mas os, ios) I see my plotter as ‘unavailable’, its status on the HP Account dashboard as ‘1 information not available’, and on the menu right there under solutions i ca see only ‘other solutions’ (no ‘print anywhere’ there to enter config).
Initial setup of the plotter was done via the app, the plotter was already restore to factory defaults, the app deleted and re-installed in all platforms, etc.
I’m not sure what to do next….
