HP DesignJet T2600dr 36-in PostScript Multifunction Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to establish whether the Designjet T2600 supports the latest Microsoft 365 email protocols (0Auth 2.0).

We have been unable to get it to authenticate when using Scan-to-Email with 365.

If anyone has got scan-to-email working with 365 on a T2600 I would appreciate some help.

Is Oauth listed under the authentication methods when configuring the SMTP server? If not, then the firmware revision you are using does not support Oauth. I know that on the laserjet side they had a beta version the rolled out earlier this year but that does not currently show, but is supposed to be included in the next firmware revision due in September/October. That will likely be the case for Designjets as well. Not a solution for you but some information on the current state of things.

Thanks for the info, can’t see 0Auth anywhere, so hopefully an update will follow shortly.
