 powered up and goes straight to this screen I’ve tried pressing the power button to open the support menu but it never comes up I’ve tried holding it for 15 seconds I’ve tried repeatedly pressing it but nothing can’t even find this error code in the manual whatsoever all help appreciated thank y’all t520 designjet

HP Recommended

Most commonly caused by a failed USB firmware stick that is mounted to the mainboard. It could also be the mainboard but the sticks fail more often.

You should be able to purchase through the HP parts store.
