We have a Designjet T530.  It prints perfectly and cuts almost all the way, but it jams and rips the last left corner of the poster.  Every single time.  Then cuts perfectly when it is not printing.  HELP!

The cutters on this series commonly suffer from a cracked gear in the cutter mechanism that prevents proper operation. Usually it will also be much noisier than normal. Your options are to replace the cutter if the gear is broken or purchase a replacement 3rd party gear. To confirm this, you need to remove the cutter and then open it and inspect the gears.
