hi,

1708254819761.jpgI have a Designjet T630,a noise at the bridge platen, the carriage moves and returns to its initial position on the service station, but on the other hand the service station does not block the carriage and displays "carriage jam".
no jammed paper, I cleaned the encoder, I cleaned the service station, reinserted the cables, same problem

no broken gear at the bridge platen level

Has anyone had this kind of problem, thanks
