Product: HP DesignJet T730 36-in Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can print in black and white and greyscale only. If I try to print color, T730 prints as greyscale. Softwares are OK and send the files as color. I printed the test and check pages of the heads directly by T730 and the prints always come out in B/N and turn colors in grayscale. Sounds like a plotter problem. It happened suddendly : the previous day everything was OK and the next day it started printing using onlu black ink. Cartdridges are full.
