Product: T830

We have a t830 that we can't get the printhead to load ink. We have replaced the print head , ink tubes and the primer motor but it will not

We are very experienced working on Designjets so we have the basics covered. There is a tech bulletin related to this issued that we don't have access to which I think would help solve this issue.
