The service manual indicates sensor errors can be caused by either the sensor, the cabling or the bundle board. As your image suggests that all sensors are failing I would lean towards the bundle board being the issue. Part number F9A30-67029

Thank you very much. I too think it is common sense that all sensors break. I will try to replace the bundle board.
