Product: HP Designjet T920
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last successful automatic update happened in 2014, I have downloaded the current firmware from 2021 and copied it to a 1.9gb thumb-drive formatted to NTFS, FAT and FAT32 it will not recognize the drive to load the firmware no matter which format I use. I have tried to upload the firmware through the browser and it gets to 14% then crashes on firefox, it will not upload on Safari, Chrome or Edge to even 0%

HP Recommended

I have found some older or cheapo thumb drives simply do not work. Best results I have are with Kingston or SanDisk thumb drives.
