Product: HP DesignJet Z3200 44-in PostScript Photo Printer
I have a Designjet Z3200, im getting an error that is telling me to replace the red ink cartridge i have replaced it with 3 brand now ones and even tried the old one again, i still get the error,
In hp utility it shows all inks and 11 are ok and at the appropriate level, the red shows 0% and need to be replaced, even with a brand new one,
Any ideas what can cause this and what I can do to solve this problem?
I have the current Firmware on the printer, i have done a cold reset, and a factory reset. any other suggestions?
Thank in advance
