Product: HP DesignJet Z5200 44-in Photo Printer

every time I upload a large photo to print, it will print about 90% of the way and then stop, as if it thinks the print is finished, but it ends up cutting off the picture. it then drys and cuts it. why would the printer be ending the prints early with only 10% left to print? ink levels are fine, all print heads are fine as well. Any help is greatly appreciated.
