Product: HP DesignJet Z6 24-in PostScript Printer

Hi, since last week our Designjet Z6 gives will not start and the front panel shows error 0022-0104-0205.

I have tried re-starting with little sucess. Any hints as how to solve this? Thanks!

This error indicates a problem with the ISS (ink supply station). There are diagnostic tests that can be run and are included in the service manual. You can likely find the manuals online for this product.
