Hi. The ploter i am troubleshooting have an error "Maintenance cartridge missing". The user saw the message "replace the maintenance cartridge" and he did. After that the message appear "Maintenance cartridge missing". The user have replace again with a new one, and still same error "Maintenance cartridge missing".
I have clean the line sensor, color sensor, motor sensor for the maintenance cartridge. Did all the resets available, still same thing. Any idea what it could be?

Just had the exact same issue on a Z6100PS. Scroll down a few threads and check out "z6100PS Maintanence Cartridge". Tried cleaning the line sensor and didn't help. Ended up replacing the line sensor.
The line sensor is what reads the white strip on the maint. cartridge.
Be sure to clean the encoder strip also.
These printers have a lot of overspray inside when used heavily. I posted pictures in the thread. Check them out.
